      I have been with the company for almost a year and I am very satisfied in all aspects. The work life balance is there and respected, being family, sickness, personal issues The product is innovative giving nice challenges The people have high technical knowledge The environment is respectful and everyone's opinion matter

      Pros

      I've worked for some great companies in the UK, mostly startups that are stable and well established. During the pandemic and while working form home I decided I wanted a change and have been nothing but impressed with the company culture. They really understand remote first and people first.

      Cons

      As a startup(ish) there are occasional days of lots of things happening at once, and often I need to use my initiative rather than be told what to do. Nothing I wouldn't expect from a startup and not even sure I'd personally consider it a con.
