Management is the worst half of them dont know what they are doing and they blame everything on employees even if management screws up.

I worked with some really amazing and smart people! Many of the frontline and mid-level leadership folks show up 100% of the time. They work hard, collaborate well and find creative solutions to a very aggressive roadmap.

Cons

Layoffs every 6 months, leadership turnover is very concerning and C-Suite says they are transparent but how can you be when you are always planning the next round to employee eliminations?! Only way to describe the business side of the house is constant chaos.

Poor management training. Poor follow through from managers. Many managers borderline verbally intimidate their employees. Corporate Executives cultivate a hostile work environment.
