      Great lower level management and team atmosphere

      Cons

      Created unattainable quotas that 48 of the 50 states didn’t hit. So no commission for 2 whole quarters because they based quotas on 2019 real estate numbers and not 2020. They have lost many top reps through your the company and the upper management/ corporate doesn’t seem to care. No transparency at all. Haven’t heard from sales leadership in over 3 months. Not even a sales call or email. Pretty sad. This job used to be amazing.
