Depending on the team, your tech stack may be pretty modern. Pay is decent. Benefits/perks are nice.

Cons

CEO just changed and management is a mess. Feels more like you are a short order cook than a dev most days. Everything is a priority.

No opportunities for advancement. I have been told several times by management that "promotions are rare and extremely hard to get"
