Autonomy in my job, my immediate team was amazing.

Cons

Frontdoor corp says all the things you want to hear as far as company culture but the experience is the exact opposite. Salary is not competitive with market salaries.

I enjoyed the team i worked on.

Cons

They dont care about their employees. You are just a number. When the new CTO came in, after a few months, around half the developers had left or were fired. The cto is a cancer to the company.
