Working from home with the pandemic.

Cons

No work life balance. Company unsure of what they are doing and what direction they are going in so unsure of the stability they offer. Sneaky and under handed and no loyalty to their employees. Advancement possible but if it is from within they will not pay you what the position really pays they will only give you a minor increase.

Great place to qork once you get to know the policies.

Cons

PTO has to be earned, so unable to take vaction in 1st few months of the year. Unable to use last of earned PTO at end of year unless you work OT whish is not offered iften for this postion.

- Extreme level of technical debt accumulated over the last several decades - C level executives can't be relied upon to make the right decisions when it comes to engineering.
