Pros
Not any I can think of.
Cons
Front Door claims to value its employees, but recent changes have made it clear that loyalty and experience mean very little here. The rollout of the new system has been chaotic at best disorganized, untested, and implemented with no real consideration for the people expected to work under it. What’s worse is the lack of accountability from leadership. Concerns are dismissed, communication is vague or nonexistent, and employees are left to clean up the mess while being micromanaged or penalized for speaking up. The environment has become increasingly hostile. It feels like the goal is to make people so uncomfortable they either quit or stay silent. Longtime employees are being treated unfairly, and there’s a growing sense that discrimination and retaliation are quietly at play behind the scenes. If you’re considering working here don’t. And if you’re already here document everything.
