      Nice pay and good benefits

      Cons

      You are completely disposable. You drive to make change and when you do, you get laid off. You come into work like any other day and they walk you out. It’s an awful company culture with Gatekeepers because they are afraid if they help anyone they will also be let go.

      There are a lot of good people working there.

      Cons

      Upper management is mostly new and trying to make a mark so everything is in a constant state of flux. Change is good when it makes an improvement but none of the changes recently have been. Upper management is singularly focused on making the company look good to sell.
