Pros

Lovely clients, staff bonds through workplace trauma so you make a lot of friends very quickly

Cons

Executive director has issues hearing any opinion that disagrees with theirs. Senior leadership roles have transitioned from educated, experienced employees to employees who are wildy unqualified but willing to do whatever the Executive Director says, even if it has potential legal ramifications.
