Pros

Union for a lot of us techs. Some of the fastest fiber optic service available.

Cons

Benefits have beeb eroded over the years; such as: -Pay has been eroded; at one point it was frozen for three years. Our raises are a behind others in the industry. -Lost our bonuses completely -Pay more for our medical -The number of employees have dwindled down.
