People were great to work with.

Cons

Lots of changes due to not being a diversified company. Landlines and DSL were being lost.

The salary was respectable and decent benefits

Cons

Forced to produce despite constant hurdles and land mines placed by poor executive decisions. Greed No job is safe! Let go with several hundred other managers prior to bankruptcy. Reasons given were issues that were all but universal throughout management in this territory yet only the ones who were vocal about the dysfunction of the company were released. Company offered no severance and had the gall to bill for overpaid PTO all while granting millions in bonuses to executives of the failing business with stock prices under 50 cents a share In top 5 worst to work for as named by Forbes, Yahoo Finance, 24/7 Wall St and more

I can't find one at this time.

Cons

Micromanage too much, don't listen to anyone, and they don't grasp the idea that the way the company was ran before is a great one!!! I've always heard that if you want to be successful follow in the footsteps of those that are already there!!!
