Pros

Year out of Bankruptcy with prior experienced Fiber Communication Industry in Europe. Stock price and Finance bottom-line focus looking to build stability.

Cons

Lack concern for rural markets that make up 1/3 of company's customers and revenue. Looking to lower overhead and sell low performing exchanges.

There is no reason to work at Frontier

Cons

Overworked. If you are a white male that didn't go to an Ivy League School, don't expect a promotion.

Corp raiders turned into legit provider

Pros

Small company atmosphere that has come a long way technologically in the last 6 years to become viable telecommunications provider. Ex Verizon employees have been the majority and have transformed the business.

Cons

The company hired a woke CEO from the UK who forced the DEI agenda on a productive workforce which slowed down progress that made them less profitable. The revenue shortfall+ large debt was solved by laying off people who resisted the woke agenda.
