Frontier does not have balance in how they manage salary and compensation. People in lower positions that are new to the company are making more than experienced individuals in higher positions.

Kept food on my table for 10 years, many talented employees

Senior management had no strategy for improvement, no backfilling as employees were let go/quit - more responsibility for no more pay, terrible morale, daily scramble to be viewed as "most productive" to avoid termination. Large desparity among salaries in similar positions. Toxic.

Reasonable compensation and generous time off policy
