Telcom is always a stable industry to work in, but with this being a small company, things can move around quickly.

Cons

Nothing, although the company will be absorbed soon due to the Verizon acquistion

Decent base salary and benefits, 100% work remote.

Cons

Since the Verizon merger was announced, sales commissions have been earned but are rarely paid. The C-Suite and its team of auditors consistently find ways to block commission payouts. Meanwhile, the Enterprise SVP, who reports directly to the CEO, is manipulating the P&L statement to create a more favorable appearance for Wall Street.
