      Pros

      Free water in most offices, uncovered parking, HVAC system works most of the time.

      Cons

      Ivory tower "management," thinks an outside consulting firm is going to fix all of the massive problems company-wide. New "leadership" is all from Cable & Wireless, no appreciation or respect of existing and long-term employees. Unrealistic goals, no support from Sales Operations, Product portfolio is a joke compared to competition

      Glass door really needs to do something about fake reviews. This company actually rounds up their employees and forces them to write positive reviews while they're still employed there. Totally unethical. They know how bad they are and, instead of improving their misogynistic, dysfunctional and exploitative culture, they turn to forcing employees to write fake positive reviews. It's disgusting.

      Pros

      The office is close to home keeping the commute way down and the start time is very flexible. Plenty of training opportunities available.

      Cons

      Stressful, number of hours expected being salary, benefits, salary no advancements or increased salary options available. Poorly managed company and too many processes within the same teams causing confusion on each project.
