other than a paycheck and insurance, absolutely nothing. Company sucks.

Cons

Sneaky, sneaky women at the top. Jobs will be sent elsewhere and employees know it.

Pros

The people you work with directly are usually really nice. They try to promote a fun environment. As fun as a call center can be. If you work really hard you can make "decent" money, but you wont get rich working for these people.

Cons

The HR department is completely useless. Every pay check I've gotten has been screwed up. Either late or not the correct amount. The insurance is WAY to expensive for the coverage you get.
