Colleagues very friendly and helpful. Remote work.

Cons

Scrum masters dictate the work. Have to log hours and defend work to business people. No clear promotion path. Below average pay.

Pros

The insurance is fantastic, the support structure is great, co-workers are kind, helpful, and informative, all around I can see myself staying here for awhile. The work is definitely interesting and it feels important and impactful.

Cons

Perhaps the speed of which things are developed could be a tad faster and processes between departments could be made clearer. This seems to be the result of the size and scale of the company which I am not used to.
