Pros

- Great learning opportunities: colleagues are consistently willing to share their knowledge and there are many ways to continue learning & development - Global workforce: while working across time zones can require a bit of an adjustment on an individual level, having offices & people all over the world adds to our diverse talent & perspectives (and conveniently set us up for efficient remote operations) - Client variety: we work with everyone from first-time founders with no experience to large corporations with existing, complex technical requirements & teams - Perks: seems to be a standard at small tech businesses nowadays, but unlimited PTO (of which we're strongly encouraged to meet a minimum) and team events (which are pretty widely attended & often include food, drinks, and/or fun activities) never hurt!

Cons

- Being an agency means we are sometimes limited by our clients' budgets and/or bureaucracy. - While we've made (especially in terms of gender) & continue to make strides in diversity, like many companies in our space, there's still room for improvement.
