The team is talented, and there's plenty of opportunity to collaborate and learn from colleagues. Like many agencies, workloads can sometimes fluctuate, but overall the company offers a good balance of challenge and growth. The company culture is generally positive, and employees enjoy good perks and flexibility.

      Pros

      Good work life balance Open to new contributions and ideas Ironed out processes and procedures Good culture with respectful workforce- everyone is very friendly and kind Also, culture pushes you to be the best employee you can be!

      Cons

      Difficult to grow- must stick around for a long time to be promoted and HIGH expectations to be considered for promotion. Often asks for deliverables without truly considering the impact of implementation, resulting in a lot of work with no results. Pay is on the low side of the market scale but with high expectations for every position. I'm getting paid less than I have in years with higher pressure than I have had in years to perform.
