      Good Projects, Excellent work culture

      Pros

      You get to work on different types of projects which involves different challenges about your particular field. That increases your breadth.

      Cons

      Since you mostly get to ship the project after first deployment, you don't get to maintain and optimise the project. Overall you get to learn so much.

      Pros

      - It had one of the best office environments. - Flexible timing, as long as you do the work, it doesn't matter where and when do you work. - Office party and celebrations on birthdays and other occasions. - working on latest and different technologies, you get good understanding of how things work.

      Cons

      - You don't get a sense of any ownership of the product as with all service based companies. - After a certain period of time there isn't much growth.

      I worked here for more than 5 years straight (Full time) - Chance to work with great talented passionate team members. - Steep Learning graph. - New Technologies and systems are always welcome and teams are encouraged to used that. - Flexible timings. - Availability of snacks and games in lounge. - Policies are followed/respected as mentioned, good favourable policies for employees. - Yearly trip.

      - Unequal distribution of work pressure. - Research time is not explicitly given. - No internal projects or discussion over new ideas. - No onsite possibilities.
