      awesome office, cool young team

      Pros

      Easily the coolest startup office in NYC. Gorgeous and located in prime SoHo. Young and cool staff that loves to hang out together after work. No management hanging over your head, you can come and go as you please. No limits on vacation time!

      Cons

      Most positions are entry level.

      Pros

      You're surrounded by very smart, interesting and passionate people. That shouldn't be a surprise. There's plenty to learn, and the work is unique. You will learn things here you cannot learn anywhere else. Exposure to networking you can't find anywhere else, period. Strong startup culture environment.

      Cons

      Plenty of growing pains, lack of structure in areas where it is desperately needed. Senior management lacks experience in running an agency, directly managing a team, and setting strong, positive expectations and goals. Day-to-day work can be frustrating and incredibly unpredictable. Many employees go underutilized and underappreciated. Moral isn't as high as it could be. Development team is disconnected from the rest of the team. Strong startup culture environment.
