Sweat shop mentality, hiring midlife layoffs and foreign workers crave for visa. In unnecessary long hours, stab, take credits, shirk responsibilities. It just doesn't look like a normal company. No respect. Your manager will say something like you got reason to be here, LEARN and make money( really?). If ask for sick leave, you will be treated like a liar.
