Pros

Laidback. Slow paced. Lots of red tape and paperwork. Little need to know what you're doing. Lots of hype.

Cons

Hypocritical stance on minority groups. Low retention of minorities, because if they complain about the discrimination - the company gets rid of them. If you mention the poor diversity it's a "not our problem" approach. You can evidence harassment, bullying, discrimination or poor practice/standards and the company will straight up deny it then come after your job - then replace you with someone more expensive. Overly-protective of the old-hats in the company, regardless of their competence or wrongdoing. Patronising/Infantilizing culture. Terrible graduate scheme. Too much hype.
