      Nothing is good in this company.

      Cons

      1. Unclear offer letter released and new terms added on the day of joining in the name of POLICIES that deduct your payment. 2. Male team dominance and micromangement. 3. Toxic work culture & people. 4. HR are rude af while you just speak about basic fairness to employees. 5. Exit formalities are taking way longer than any other company with no proper communication maintained via email.

      Great team to work with, solid teamwork

      Cons

      If you exit Fujitsu, the HR, IT Team, other facilities to check your assets. Will do everything to find deductions. Poor Leadership and leader engagement. The salary does not fit well. Promotion of well performing employee is not prioritize. If you work on FJ for long run, I suggest it is much better to job hop since you will not having the salary you are looking for on just staying to FJ.
