Lots and lots of policies and procedures in general. In some ways, I feel they are stuck in the 90s and 2000s in this respect. I see them making progress with moving things digital but there is still a lot of actual paperwork that needs to be done in order to get anything done.

Was forced to work between Christmas and New Year even though other departments didn’t have to. Management is clueless No new product ideas. Too many people that “just need to make it a few more years”
