      More Managers than engineers in projects Pay is 10K below rival companies with same skill set Small amount of engineers expected to do workload of twice

      Excellent pension package, reasonable amount of annual leave, offer schemes such Cycle to Work

      Cons

      Limited amount of training on offer, it was almost impossible to find a decent role after our existing contract was absorbed by teams in the north of England (who could do the work for less), little communication between teams, little development potential
