      Depending on the department or Fujitsu company you work for, you might meet very nice people.

      Cons

      Japanese management culture. Very divided company and poor leadership.

      Simple business model-buy companies to grow but fail miserably at growing core business profitably

      Cons

      Extremely poor management team with no management skills.on a stand alone basis company would be bankrupt. Need to displace senior management to support change
