Pros

Strong Corporate Foundation: A well-established company with a solid business base, minimizing bankruptcy risk. Comprehensive Benefits: Offers generous benefits such as housing allowances, retirement plans, and parental leave. Good Work-Life Balance: Depending on the department, overtime is relatively low, and paid leave is easy to take. Diverse Career Opportunities: A wide range of business domains and domestic/international projects allow for various career paths. Strong Brand Recognition: Highly regarded in the domestic IT industry, with strong trust from clients.

Cons

Slow Decision-Making: The hierarchical decision-making process typical of large corporations can delay new initiatives. Seniority-Based Promotion: While performance matters, promotions are still largely influenced by tenure and age. Slow Innovation: Compared to startups and foreign companies, change and new business development take longer. Moderate Salary Levels: While stable, salaries tend to be lower compared to competitors, especially foreign firms. Varied Workplace Culture: Work environment quality depends heavily on the department and management.
