      If you like open culture then this is the company you need to work with. Here Managers generally not snoop in your work and they give you the freedom to execute your plans.

      Its small size can sometimes limit opportunities for some section of employees.

      - provide employees with great learning opportunities such as internal & external training, boot camp etc

      Cons

      - seniors dominate everything. - very little chances for the juniors in decision making - long work hours - not a friendly place for foreign employee
