Pros

Coworkers acquired with the ADS divestiture were very resiliant and open to change.

Cons

No vision or plan for the future Odd titles No bonuses No chance for advancement unless in the "right" circles No training Lack of management support and follow through Very tight fisted with salaries Very low morale Low tech at a supposedly high tech company

Pros

Great facility to work in and everyone is friendly and helpful. They have good products and their engineering is the best.

Cons

There was to much work for to few people to do the work. Software tools to do the work were not the best and always changing making it difficult to be efficient.

Pros

Their laptops are top of the line.

Cons

* FC pays way below market rates * They don't respect employees below C5 level * If you are a recent immigrant, they expect you to signup for a very low pay * Their profit margins are over 50%, i.e., they bill the client at $100/hr but pay the consultant less than $45/hr * Promotions are not based on merit or technical ability, instead they reward consultants for selling undeliverable services * Their technical capabilities are not existent, though they are good at Management Consulting * Usually they are the lowest bidder for projects, in many towns * They don't train their resources in relevant areas * It is clannish organization, going back to DMR days * They definitely don't reward good work, unless you consider a literal pat on the back a reward * They don't have a knowledge base, nor do they share information * A whole lot of buzz words are thrown around at location meetings, but nothing of substance
