Pros
Regular paycheck, nice canteen, buildings look nice and theres the free car parking as well. The security staff are cheerful, as are the cleaners, I get to see a lot more of them than any form of management individual putting in my unpaid overtime every day...
Cons
nonexistant or insulting payrises (1% or less) removal of right to work from home on a management whim, expectation that you'll go the extra mile and sacrifice: if you dare ask for a bonus or a payrise you'll be told " you're bonus is you still have a Job" Huge workloads, senior management driving convertible mercedes with an insulting attitude to staff, working late on christmas eve instead of the traditional half day off... shall I go on ?
