Pros
1) Good for freshers to learn ERP skills. 2) Flexible timing. 3) Nice Place to work except the low cost and old machines(PC's) to be upgraded. 4) Better to join after 10 Years of Exp. To relax. 5) Better On-site Opportunity only in Middle-East. 6) Appraisal is really good.
Cons
1) Too much relaxation which not good for initial phase of career. 2) Management is just there to get salary and complete their remaining years of job. 3) Management will come to ask about the problems employees have only when you resign.
