No pay rise last year - unlikely this year - and prevous 2 rises beforhand below RPI and CPI Final Salary pension about to disappear Morale at rock bottom over lack of pay rise, pension loss and redundancies Management are focussed on watching their backs and couldn't care less about customer service Lack of transpareny on pay scales Secrecy and deception is rife at top management Full of middle managers - and new "Assurance" organisations seem to be created every other day Org changes are constant -I don't know whos running the ship at any point in time Management will happily screw those below them to achieve their own targets - have no sense of loyalty to their long standing employees
