      Pros

      Great middle management and co-workers.

      Cons

      Consolidation of divisions currently causing lack of focus. Fujitsu America division shifting to more of a consulting lead organization with hardware drag. If you are focused on Enterprise product sales... consider another employer. If you are more focused on consulting services and can survive the current turmoil... probably a good place for you to land.

      Still not quite there with the one Fujitsu aim The delivery of the vision seems to be more of an aspiration than an understood goal

      1. compensation was decent 2. enjoyed the industry 3. benefits were excellent..including health plan 4. clients were high powered for movement after Fujitsu

      1. senior management not organized and unable to hold HR/Employment promises 2. professional growth was lacking at fujitsu. 3. not a lot of job growth/promotions internally
