      Difficult place to work, people are ok but pay is low and layoffs are common

      Benefits package is ok, people are ok, flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Constant reorganizing causes customers to suffer while worker bees scurry around trying to complace them. No guidance or "big picture" on where/what the organization's objectives are. Many incompetent people hanging around for reasons I have yet to discover.

      1. Technology rules! Whatever the problem, the answer is likely to be Fujitsu hardware and software configuration. 2. Very complex organisational structure that doesn't make a lot of sense at times. 3. A problem turning theory into practice.
