      Great people to work with.

      Cons

      There seems to be an attitude of senior management to buy in people rather than promote from the ranks and that leaves very little career progression. Salaries and bonuses are far behind our competitors even in the current economic environment. Recent round of redundancies has sunk staff morale is at an all time low.
