      Pros

      Best experience you can get. Engineers are all hard working. You have a chance to travel around the world. See places never been to.

      Cons

      The downside for this company are many unnecessary expenditures. Need to upgrade all it systems as well. .

      Very strong brand name, especially in industries like state & federal government Willingness to close business, whatever it takes Willingness to take risk Good process, systems and facilities

      Wants to be end-to-end service provider but is single focussed on infrastructure & infrastructure services, resulting in lack of investment in systems integration, which has put them far behind the competition Very political and heavy ex-colleague/mate mentality, limiting initiative
