Pros

It's a job that pays money.

Cons

It's not a great job, and it pays a minimal amount of money and they lack in giving raises. No incentive to do good work. Never hear anything positive from upper management. Have worked for the company 5+ years and have seen one small raise, and it's not looking good for a raise in the future. The worse part is you can be one of the hardest workers for the company and get no respect or raise no matter how much you know and learn. You can watch new employees come in and see them making $2+ more than you and do much less, if any, work. The company seems to have a real issue with getting rid of the employees who do nothing, and they're quick to point the finger at someone who occasionally speaks up about how unfair the company is to it's employees. You can work your ass off for Fujitsu, but it will be a waste of your time and effort as it wont get you anywhere within the company, and it sure as hell wont get you more money in your paycheck. I'd recommend this job to you if you can't find anything else, but I wouldn't plan on making it a permanent job, but make it more of a stepping stone until you can find something better. Engineers in the company are some of the most unintelligent people I have met with the title "Engineer" and usually make the technicians do all of the building of assembly lines, or they will take 6 or more months to cut out a single board for the assembly line. Plenty of money is wasted on people who do absolutely nothing. If they could remove the leeches and give that extra cash to the hard workers they wouldn't really be missing out on production and they'd probably see an increase in quality and quantity with the non workers out of the way.

Pros

Nothing which can be listed

Cons

The company has no projects and long term goals. The company has more managers then working level consultants. The company says it will process the GC and hold the consultant with them for years and years without any salary rise and other benefits.

Pros

Very good Paralegal and HR Services....Competitive salary with the industry if your at senior level. They often give an 2 weeks notice to their bench employees.

Cons

Other than good paralegal and HR services this is an Worst company to join. They say tht they are competitors of IBM, EDS, Accenture, Deloitte but they can't find any good projects for months....simply to say its an "BODY SHOP" company like many Indian companies in New Jersey with an Global Name. All the senior level technical guys are Indians who just want high billing and promotions....they wn't care about employee job security and career. The standards are worst over here....Even if you have good recognition from the clients they can layoff... if your on bench for over 3months. They can't find any project nor unable to bodyshop coz of there high rates ($100 per hr) If your got any project with lesser rate they will simply reject it....Its better to join an 85:15 company if are able to get your own projects. This happens to be biggest mistake I ever made in my life joining this BODY SHOP Global company. Please think twice before you join this company. Its an humble advice.
