      Fujitsu Network Opportunities is the best company i have worked for

      Pros

      FNC has an excellent new grad hire training and acclimation program where you are paired with experienced engineers for training and recent grads for comfort. I was paired with a great mentor. As a new grad at FNC you have an opportunity to influence the direction of the organization through direct interaction with managers, directors, and VPs. On the play side of work there is fuzzball, ping pong, basket ball, and volley ball games through out the week.

      Pros

      Some nice, hard-working folks in engineering. Solid, if unspectacular, products. Strong brand recognition.....in Japan.

      Cons

      Huge turnover in the company while I was there, especially in the sales force. Can't imagine employee morale being lower than what I experienced at Fujitsu. Management much more interested in not making waves than they were in actually trying to sell things.

      Culture of fear, clueless management, policies designed for employee failure, micromanagement. Focus on form not business.
