Pros

Good team environment and healthy balance between work and personal life.

Cons

Horrible communication from High management on top of a lot of unfulfilled promises. Salary way below the market value for the position. Little opportunities to evolve inside the company and no support given for self development such as certifications or courses.

Pros

Solid exposure to large enterprise projects that build solid resume credentials.

Cons

Career growth feels stagnant; promotions and meaningful raises lag behind market rates in SG's dynamic tech landscape.

Pros

Good for professionals starting out their career in IT. Trainings and upskilling opportunities are provided. Flexible working setup (hybrid and WFH). And since it is a Japanese company, around 90% of projects have Japanese clients so it will be always morning shift.

Cons

There is a bond whenever you take trainings/certification exams starting from a 6-month bond and may reach 3 yrs depending on the complexity of the training taken. Recently, there have been 3 waves of company layoffs due to redundancy
