Pros

The company has a variety of project delivery opportunities within different sectors, i.e private or public. You can up skill yourself and learn different frameworks. The benefits and the salary are compatible with the current market.

Cons

You will have no work-life balance, and be expected to work at the weekend or out of hours when it comes to the migration projects, especially if you are assigned to banking. Bear in mind that you won't get paid overtime for the extra hours that you put in; only take the time off during the week. You will, however, be extremely busy with all of the processes and meetings to which you have been invited. As a result, you must sometimes swallow those extra hours worked.

Pros

Pension scheme and company car.

Cons

If not taking the company car option, the car allowance never changed in the 14 years I was there... Some of the middle management was extremely poor and did not have there staff in any regard. Micro-management was their mantra. If you went offline for any reason you'd get a call to find out what you were doing. Within the corporate senior mgt they weren't aware...
