Pros

- Project engineers are fully WFH - Many projects have something to learn - Good comp and benefits. Better than most SI - Team is knowledgeable in their domain - Not much micromanagement from the top

Cons

- Some customers in projects can be hard to work with so try to manage own expectations - Assigned to projects with domain that you don't know but no lab environment to test - Projects coming in during peak period can be overwhelming so manage time wisely

Pros

Great place to work and its work/life balance is brilliant. Supporting managers and good career progression.

Cons

Not a con for everyone but would be great to have more of a hybrid role and less remote as feel not enough interaction with colleagues
