Pros

Free coffee, free leftover food, one well-being hour/week when you are allowed to take time for yourself

Cons

- dishonest - unskilled - inadequate documentation - could perhaps be an unofficial place for special needs people ( I base this con on the fact that they leave service requests un-updated for whole weeks, they make mistakes incessantly, they mostly don't have technical knowledge, they mostly lack the ability to fully understand technical matters, the company cannot trust them with simple tasks such as powering down a server, and the lack of any intellectual pursuits except for cars ). - the strange practice of deliberately creating conflicts to get someone fired, practised by people who are close friends with management, or have a longer tenure
