Pros
The leadership and executives are very hands on in welcoming the new hires and temp check their current employees. The recruitment process was so smooth and they are very responsive. Special shout out for Kaye, Miggy and Crystal for an awesome recruitment experience. Always support their employees professional decisions, as I have to leave the company, Pat, Ken and Steven were there to understand the situation and even became very supportive on my career move. I was shock as everyone give the same message to me saying "I truly wish you the very best... and I know you are going to be GREAT no matter what you do! Above the industry pay!
Cons
Working from home setup needs to be polished more but other than this, everything was awesome!
