Pros

The company is small enough that management listens to its employees. Turning 4 years in this company in October. Been WFH eversince. Other accounts though are onsite. I have seen them promote people which is nice.

Cons

No annual increase. When you are a Team Manager, it is hard to go up since there are fewer positions. So without annual increase and feeling stuck, it makes me want to move most of the time. It is the WFH that keeps me here.

Upper management does not do anything to keep long term employees once they lose a contract.
