      MY PREVIOUS COMMENT GOT DELETED. TRUTH HURTS RIGHT??? Back stabber boss (YOU KNOW YOU ARE). They will throw you out once they squeeze everything from you. I even work on weekends to finish request from my sucker boss and once you did everything your out. There are far more better companies than FPS so if I we're you I wont even consider applying here.

      Pros

      People care about you. Management listens (& even asks!) Leaders are very smart at making a business successful (by the metrics AND by the culture of employees).

      Pay & benefits are only OK.

      A company that lives up to its core values

      Pros

      Lots of companies in Philippines and/or in US are laying off their employees due to the Covid-19. Not because they don't have a heart but because Leaders are also human in the sense that they need to think for the best of greater number of people. Even though they don't want to, but of course, business is business at the end of the day. I am grateful with the opportunity Full Potential Solutions has given me. Despite the pandemic situation, they trusted me that i can do the job. And i will always remember how they embraced me during the time that i needed it the most. Now i get to work in the comfort of my own home while helping those who are in Kansas City, MO and locally in landing a job.Thank you for not leaving people in need in the time of crisis.
