      Cons

      Cold calling is hard with a lot of rejection involved. Be prepared to get hung up on a lot.

For such a difficult program like OB B2B sales we only hire individuals with sales experience and provide the training, tools and 90 days to get established. I am sorry to hear that this was not a good fit for you. We are launching our 4th program in Kansas City next week and 4 months away from celebrating 2 years since we launched our first program.       Great team managers. Great pay for the job itself but not enough for the office politics.

      Cons

      The worst company ever. The owner is great but everybody else up under him is full of bs. There is no integrity. A company full of idiots.
