      Pros

      Great founding beliefs, progressive management, bonus incentives

      Cons

      High school mentality, favoritism, only client is Sprint, no human resources, high stress, management does not have consistent answers for common issues, too much a popularity contest, refusal to accept criticism or complaints about proper handling of employees or procedures, horrible medical insurance, promises of personal growth when you're thinking of leaving only to to find out they promised others the same position for the same reasons.

      This is a start up company who provides minimum training at a low wage. Therefore they get the bottom of the barrel employees. It is a very unprofessional company.

      We appreciate you sharing your feelings and your perspective about your experience with FPS. Certainly not how we want you to remember your time with us. While we know this industry is not for everyone, we have high employee satisfaction and our staff hired are in fact excelling. We are excited to reward our high performing staff with lucrative performance based bonus incentives. After 3 weeks of training at $12/hour you become eligible for the plan. Our advisors are averaging $500 per month on their bonuses and our advisors are currently making $15-$20/hour. We wish you the best and thank you for your contributions while a member of FPS.

      Pros

      I love our core values especially grace! I have had the opportunity to speak with both owners and their commitment to making this company successful as well as their passion for creating advancement opportunities really inspires me to be the best employee I can. I appreciate the transparency in communication.

      Cons

      I know that we are just a couple months in, but many in my training class have asked about a different shift other that 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. In our huddle, the managers including myself, mentioned to the employees that the shift issue entirely depends on us. If we surpass the expectations that Sprint has for us, we might see better shifts provided in the future.
