      Pros

      This company allows you to be who you are. You will feel empowered to make changes for the better and influence team members without limits. Growth is very visible to FPS especially if you can deliver Excellence. We have direct communication with the stake holders which means you have voice to really make a difference. Really grateful from each program heads for making me feel like I have a second home.

      Cons

      Small programs but bigger opportunities lies ahead. If you do not have the tenacity and resiliency, you won't thrive here.
