Awesome working environment. People managers make sure they are able to help their team member. Always asking for ways on how to improve process and what they can do to help their team members thrive in their position.

Cons

No movement in my tenure, low compensation for support roles.

A lot of Red Tape Upper management is like any other company, ideas are raised but they don't understand the reality of grassroots level workers Corporate nepotism Lots of narcissists (lol)
